Valentina Mikhaylovna was born in the village of Kazym, Beloyarsky District, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous-Okrug – Yugra. She worked as a primary school teacher in the Kazym secondary school. Also Valentina Mikhaylovna was a head of the school museum. Valentina Mikhaylovna has been performing for many years as a member of the folk group " Aԓǝӈ hөњǝљ" (Morning Dawn). The members of the folklore group took part in many festivals held in Russia and abroad. Valentina Mikhaylovna performs personal songs of the Kazym Khanty.
