Evdokia Nikolaevna graduated from the Kazym secondary school. She entered the Khanty-Mansiysk National Pedagogical College. Then, she graduated from the Herzen State Pedagogical University named after A. I. Herzen. From 1976 to 1979, she worked as a teacher of the Russian language and literature in the Khanty-Mansiysk Pedagogical College. Then as an inspector of the Human Resources Department in the Repair and Exploitation Base of the Regional Fishing Consumer Union from 1979 to 1986. Later she worked in The Institute of Professional Development until 1991. After it, she moved to work as a researcher in Research Institute of the Ob-Ugric people from 09.09.1999. Then she worked for a long time as a radio journalist in the Yugoria TV and radio-company: she made broadcasts in her native language.
