Biography
Aksinya Grigoryevna was born in the village of Khullory in the family of a hunter and a fisherman. The family had three daughters, Aksenya was the youngest. Her father raised her as a son, and she learned to shoot a gun early. She graduated from two grades and her father took her home as a helpmate, since her older sisters were in poor health since childhood.
