Evdokia Nikolaevna was born in the Chueli settlement, Beryozovsky District, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug of Tyumen Oblast. She graduated from the primary school in the village of Polnovat. The children were left without parents early: their father was taken to the front and did not return. Their mother died early. The older children raised the younger ones. Evdokia Nikolaevna got married and moved to live in the village of Mozyamy. After the liquidation of unpromising villages and the consolidation of collective farms, the family moved to the village of Polnovat. Before retirement, Evdokia Nikolaevna worked at the collective farm named after M. V. Frunze in various jobs.
She took over her performing skills from the older generation. Folklore texts written by Evdokia Nikolaevna were published in the Okrug national newspaper "Khanty Yasang", and were broadcast on the okrug national radio.
