Vladimir Alexeevich was born and lived in the village of Numto, Beloyarsky District, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous-Okrug – Yugra. After serving in the Soviet Army, Vladimir Alexeevich returned to his homeland. He worked as a fur collector, then at a weather station. His parents had been lived in forest. Vladimir Alexeevich knew fairy tales, stories in the Nenets language.
