Ulyana Filippovna was born in the village of Pim in Surgutsky District in the family of a fisherman Philip Danilovich Nimperov. She does not remember her father, he died young. Her mother Kechimova (Sardakova) Varvara Ivanovna got married Sardakova Mikhail Alexandrovich from the Elk family of Nyokhsiri in 1962. After it, the family moved to the camp at Yaguryakh River. Ulyana Filippovna graduated from 4 grades of the school.
She performs personal songs of the Surgut Khanty and has a rare gift – Ulyana Filippovna reproduces with accuracy not only the text, but also the manner of performance.
