Biography
Nelya Vladimirovna was born in the Numto settlement of Beloyarsky District. She studied at Kazym secondary school, graduated from 11 classes. Then Nelya Vladimirovna entered the Khanty-Mansiysk Pedagogical College to study as a teacher of primary classes and native language. After graduation, she got a job at the Kazym Cultural and Anthropological School. After working for one year, she changed her place of residence, moved to the village of Varjegan. She worked in the kindergarten "Olenenok" as a teacher. Nelya Vladimirovna knows and performs fairy tales in the Nenets language of the forest Nenets.
