Valentina Grigoryevna was born on March 13, 1967, in the Vanzevat settlement, Beryozovsky District, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug of Tyumen Oblast. Valentina Grigorievna has a higher education, majoring in cultural studies. She lives in the village of Kazym, Beloyarsky District, and knows the traditions and rituals of her people very well. Valentina Grigoryevna is a participant of exhibitions of decorative and applied art and the annual exhibition fair "Goods of Yugra Land". She and her husband Tarlin Yu.
