Agafya Alexandrovna was born in the village of Mojm, Oktyabrsky District, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous-Okrug – Yugra in a large Khanty family. Her father is Alexander Obatin. He was the first chairman of the collective farm in the village of Mojm. Her mother is Maria Obatina, a housewife. Most of her life Agafya Alexandrovna lived in the village of Bolshoy Atlym. She worked at various jobs. For many years, Agafya Alexandrovna actively participated in District and Regional festivals, competitions and exhibitions. Agafya Alexandrovna performed personal songs of the Kazym Khanty.
