Viktoria Viktorovna was born in the village of Pim of Surgutsky District. She graduated from Surgut High School in 1991. From 1991 to 1996, Viktoria Viktorovna studied at the Herzen State Pedagogical University in specialty in History, Cultural Studies and Ethno-culturology. Since 1996, Viktoria Viktorovna has worked at the Lyantor Khanty Ethnographic Museum in the position of Senior Researcher, Deputy Director for Scientific Work, and Researcher of the Department of Funds. From 2010 to 2015, Viktoria Viktorovna worked as a sector manager at the Lyantor Center for Applied Arts and Crafts. She was awarded the title of Master of Folk Arts and Crafts of Yugra. Since 2015, Viktoria Viktorovna worked in the Lyantor secondary school No. 5 as a teacher-organizer. She graduated from school in the village of Ugut of Surgutsky District in 1991.
