Vladimir Gennadyevich was born in 1992 in Kazym, Beloyarsky District of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous-Okrug – Yugra. He studied at the Kazym secondary school. Later Vladimir Gennadyevich graduated from the Technical and Pedagogical College in Khanty-Mansiysk. He served in the army (space forces). He is a pupil of the camp "Numsang joh". Vladimir Gennadyevich early began to take part in the Bear’s Games. He participates in scenes from the Bear’s Games, learned scenes with chants, and well dances men's Khanty dances. Vladimir Gennadyevich also studied at the school of the Bear’s Games.
