Viktor Konstantinovich was born in the village of Yuilsk, Beloyarsky District, in the family of a reindeer herder. After graduating from the Kazym Secondary school, Viktor Konstantinovich served in the army. Further he graduated from the Faculty of Ecology and Nature Management in St. Petersburg. Now, Viktor Konstantinovich is a graduate student in the Surgut State University. He participates in the Bear’s Games, in which he sings dialogue songs and participates in skits.
